My parents recently relocated to an assisted living facility and we needed to sell their home of 40 years. Jocelyn was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. She priced the house just right and it sold in one day for more than the asking price. She was right on top of every negotiation and we took every bit of her advice which was always spot on. She went above and beyond having to make several trips for signings, etc. since my parents no longer drive. I highly recommend Jocelyn to anyone needing a realtor. 5 stars and then some! They worked well with the seller to negotiate terms and conditions and worked in our interest for a win-win. (i.e., Extended the escrow, resolved inspection issues, and worked with our loan officer during a stressful computer system failure that delayed the closing) 3. Their knowledge of the 55+ communities, workings of the HOA, the models and features, and proven contractors to consider for our remodeling needs were extremely helpful as we transitioned into our new home.

Jocelyn and Sonya helped me buy a house and sell a house all within a few months. Not only did they help explain all the paperwork involved but they had a list of vendors to help with all aspects of fixups, repairs, cleaning, and moving. They are a great team.
