Joc is the best realtor that I have ever met. When he first connected with me, I was surprised at how easy he was to speak to. Selling a property involves many things that can be quite confusing. He used big words, but was always good at keeping me informed so that I understood what was going on. He had more tools (practices and procedures) than I have seen in other realtors that I have worked with. Unfortunattely, the sale of my home fell through. He called me again that evening to inform me that he had sold it again. Absolutely, the best realtor out there.
