It is such a pleasure to write a review for Joanne. My parents needed to sell their home to move into an independent living facility. I live in another state and am unable to travel much so it was difficult to not be able to help them during this critical transition in their lives. Enter Joanne! Joanne helped them sell their home in less than a week, made them feel at ease throughout the process, and instilled a level of trust in us all that was borne out in all her actions. Little did we all know that this transition would come at a critical time for the entire nation, indeed world, during the coronavirus crisis. My parents made a herculean effort to downsize their entire life and my husband and I were to travel to Yakima to help them finalize the last details. When we could not go, and my parents needed to stay in place, Joanne stepped in to take over the many tasks that our family could not fill. She did so with grace, kindness, and seamless efficiency. We are all forever grateful for Joanne and her willingness to do whatever it took to get the house closed and finalized (earlier than hoped!). We could not have done this without her.
