We met Diane at an open house for another property in the area and thought she had great knowledge of the lakes in the area. When we started to see homes we were interested in we thought of here and enlisted her help in our search. She was able to show us several homes that were in our price range and had much of what we wanted. When we happened upon our eventual home at an open house, Diane was able to get us another showing quickly. She even did comp research without our prompting. Those comps prove highly accurate and helped us put in a competitive offer. She worked with us in the negotiating phase and gave good advice. Diane got us a P&S quickly and laid out a very aggressive timeline. While stressful, we were able to get through the closing on this aggressive schedule. Throughout the entire process Diane was great to work with, and always responsive to our questions and needs. When we ran into any difficulties she was proactive in solving them. Overall we were very satisfied with Diane's service.
