Joanne, was a fantastic resource for us as we were selling my elderly parents house and both my sister and I are located out of state. Her local knowledge of the market was immediately evident and she priced the house appropriately for the current market. There was a lot of work that needed to be done in a short amount of time and she was there every step of the way in helping us get the house ready. We had Joanne as a dual agent when we purchased our home! She was local to the area, knew all about the neighborhood and made us feel super comfortable during showings (early days of Covid).
