ZillowVERIFIEDJoanne was my realtor, she worked extremely hard selling my property. It was an unusual piece of property with two homes located on it. She listed it before the Thanksgiving Holiday which is a difficult time of the year to sell, she scheduled an open house every weekend that fit my schedule. She was very kind and very social, everyone felt very comfortable talking to her. Joanne had a first offer within days of listing my property. Joanne went out of her way to do footwork and was extremely efficient, she would return my calls or emails within a short period of time, sometimes she would be ahead of me if there was an issue I had to address. She called or texted reminders to me of things I had to address. I could not of asked for a better realtor. I had three offers on my house and excepted the third offer. Joanne did a tremendous amount of paperwork and I appreciated everything she had done. I could not have been more grateful for all of her help.
