Joanna is at the top of the food chain when selecting a realtor, and especially so for the Burlington market. I started the process the previous year, picking her brain to determine the best time to list, what price point would be good at that time, and all of the other variables that come into play when selling a home and an agent. In the end, we had to pivot sooner than expected with the listing due to the low inventory in the hot Burlington market. We had the house under agreement the same day it hit the market for more than we were originally anticipating.
