When you are beginning the buying process, make sure to shop around for a lender that will have the best rates, low fees, and will be available for your calls, even on the weekend. Also know that when you are viewing homes, you have to be patient in the process. Most buyers do not find their home on their first time out to view homes. Trust the process but ask questions to resolve any anxiety you are feeling.

When selling your home, preparation is the key to helping any anxiety you are feeling. Start decluttering your home and fixing small issues before you list your home. When buyers come to see your home, you want to show your home in the best light. Make sure your agent takes professional pictures of your home so the world will see your home is the most fabulous home. Ask your realtor what type of marketing will be provided for your home once it is listed. You also want to make sure your agent will be available for any questions you have at any time.

I have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors. My favorite thing about being a real estate agent is meeting and building relationships with my clients. I have clients from California moving across the country and clients who just want to move down the street. Everyone has a motivation so my job is to assist my clients in creating the best situations to meet their motivation and criteria.

All of my transactions are special to me because of the relationship I have built with my clients. I will have friends for life. Recently, I was able to help a veteran who had served our country for more than 20 years. She was a single mother of three and wanted to find the perfect home for her children. The children didn't actually see the home until after she had closed. The children were beyond excited about their new home and my client was glad to finally be HOME!!!

My entire career has been in education. I began at 21 as a sign language interpreter and then moved into the classroom as a math teacher. I spent 15 years teaching students the wonderful world of math. After COVID, I needed a break from the classroom and felt real estate would be perfect because I LOVE numbers and educating people. I can do both in real estate. Immediately after leaving the classroom, I was challenged with learning a new career but in my first year, I closed over 3 million in sales and increased that my second year so this was definitely a great decision for me!!!

As a former educator, I have always been a student of my craft. When joining real estate, I have taken every course possible. I am certified in negotiations, Expressoffers, REO transactions, Relocation. My goal this year is to add several more certifications so I can be knowledgeable for my clients.
