After interviewing several agents, I chose one to list my house. It sat on the market for 3 months with few showings and no offers. I cancelled with that agent and relisted with Jo Ann Maddalena and her husband Robert. They showed me that they had a lot of experience with houses that didn't sell with the first agent.
