Joann went above and beyond to help us find the right house. She really listened to our wants and needs. She was quick to respond to every email and phone call. She even submitted a letter to the homeowners on our behalf as to why they should accept our offer over others. She covered a large part of the state of Minnesota for us. She did a great job lining up properties for us to view a day at a time as we lived 3-4 hours away. We would highly recommend Joann to anyone who is house hunting!
