Joanie was very knowledgeable and was able to collect multiple offers for us above the listing price for our properties. We had complex transactions (selling 4 properties out of an estate) and she masterfully guided us through the process. She was very personable and compassionate with us, as we were navigating some unchartered waters. Joanie has helped me with several transactions and is truly amazing. She is available when ever you need and always on her side. Even after our sale was completed she stayed on top of things and helped clear up several issues with the buyers, even though her job was technically done. Joanie and her team are highly professional and organized and she seems to work 24 hours a day. I never had an issue linger and she helped with repairs and staging and did an amazing job with marketing materials for my home.
