Jinny Song is the person that you need when buying a home. I cannot speak more highly of her. My brother found her online and no regrets at all. YOU should contact her and you will be very happy and you can sleep well without worrying if you got the house at a right price because she will help you negotiate. She was able to get me free fridge and dryer and washer (not supposed to be included but Jinny asked for it and the builder agreed), I would never thought about asking for it. She is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, well-experienced and most importantly - SHE GIVES YOU EXTRA TIME, SERVICE AND EFFORTS that is outside of her duties and job as a realtor. I bought a brand new home and right after we closed escrow, we went out of the country for family vacation. The builder of the home have this rule that whatever defect or issues that you see in the house, they will fix it for free but you only have 60 days to do it. Since I was busy at work and left the country for over a month, I did not have the chance to inspect the house. I left my house key to Jinny, she did the thorough inspection and she dealt with the builder in fixing the issues of the house like cracked bathroom mirror, dented kitchen cabinet, dirty paint, etc. She went back and forth to the house and open the house for the construction workers so they can fix the damages while I am enjoying the holiday abroad. I think that is phenomenal of her to offer that she will take care of it while I am away. Jinny is very generous, she bought me a very yummy fancy cake and some $$$$ and some presents. She helped me in planning to surprise my parents because they don't know that I bought a home. She stayed with us really late. She is also very generous with time. She is not rushing or pressuring you to buy just any home. She makes sure that the home fits you. She gives her opinion and she shows care for you. She is very friendly. She responds to text anytime of the day. When the house that I bought was being built, she goes to the area and visiting the house without me asking her to do so and she sends me update all the time. I Live in SF and bought the house in Elk Grove. She knows contractor also in case you need to do some home renovation, landscaper and etc. I have more good things to say about her and I can keep on going on and on BUT one thing I want to finally say: She is the best realtor!
