I signed a contract for a brand new home in Loudoun County in Dec. 2019 with construction to be completed in Sept. 2020. As I would be moving from California, I decided it would be best to have a local realtor represent me. I searched the internet and found Jin Chen. She was meant to be! All the positive reviews about Jin are spot on! From talking with Jin by phone initially, meeting her pre-contract in person in Nov. 2019, communicating by phone and email along the way, and reconnecting in person before closing, I was impressed with Jin, as she's very professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and responsive. These qualities became even more important, because, due to Covid-19 restrictions, I wasn't able to see my new home at any point during construction. I arrived in Virginia only two days before my walkthrough to see my new home in person! I felt so much more reassured having Jin involved, as I knew that if anything came up, she'd know how to handle it, and she did! Jin can represent buyers and sellers throughout N. Virginia, so don't hesitate to tap into her expertise, as you'll be glad that you did!
