I write this review from the perspective of my family and I can't say enough good things about Jimmy Zaflow! The exceptional level of care and dedication that Jimmy gave us went far beyond just making a sale. It was clear from day one that Jimmy genuinely had our best interests at heart. Understanding our needs and preferences more than anything else in the world. At times it felt like Jimmy cared more about our well being more so than making a dollar off our sale. Providing candid feedback and pointing out potential issues we did not see. The level of transparency and selflessness he gave us made us all feel very valued as human beings, reassuring us that we were in good hands. Far beyond the results of just selling our house, Jimmy's exactly the type of real estate agent you want to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better home selling experience.

Jimmy Zaflow is a go-getter! There was a property in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Los Angeles that my hubby and I called the "rock star house". It had gaudy carpet (dusty rose with grey accents) and the hardware was in worn out gold. The house looked like a rock star threw a huge party then abandon it. It was trashed and all the door and several windows were punched out. The worst damage was one entire wall in the dining room was completely rotted, ripped open exposing the retaining wall it was built against. Despite it's crazy appearance, it had a great layout, good bones, and it seemed perfect for a couple working 6 miles away in DTLA. My hubby and I kept an eye on it for 6 months. We discovered that the house had such a huge waiting list that we couldn't even get on it. The house has also been in and out of escrow with different buyers and was currently on its third buyer. Out of curiosity, I called the number on the sale sign and Jimmy picked up. From that moment, during our first casual call, it felt like Jimmy was 100% committed to helping me. Long story short, he got us that "rock star" house we fell in love with. Not only did he help us get that awesome house, he was able to negotiate the price down so that we could afford to spend $100K on repairs and remodel the kitchen and powder room. A friend of my mother's stopped by to visit. Turned out he was another real estate agent who had sold that same house but it had fallen out of escrow. He was visibly shocked by the improvements, asked for a tour, then asked for the name of our interior designer. We didn't have one and that compliment made my mom think I should change careers. LOL None of this would've happened without Jimmy Zaflow. He is tenacious, he is savvy, and he is committed. What started out as a casual inquiry turned into us getting our dream house and gaining a friend. Jimmy, we need to get together for some K BBQ!

Parents used Jimmy and Mike to sell their house and Jimmy was able to save us over 10 grand in selling cost. We got our house sold right away and it sold for over what we priced it for. My parents and I saw many agents during that time and Jimmy was always very different from them all in a very good way. His energy and attitude was nothing like everyone else. He seemed to care about us more than just making money for himself and he knew how to work with people. He was always transparent and respectful with the other agents involved and nobody acted up in the sale of the house like they did with my uncle who used another agent to sell his house. We saw him negotiate the deal with many agents first hand in an open house we had. Beyond than just talking about the home, he was kind of interviewing the agents who visited, understanding who's going to give us issues and who was going to be easy to deal with. We ended up picking the right agent to sell to and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Jimmy. For the cost and quality of his service you won't find anyone better. Jimmy truly is more than just an agent.
