I recently utilized Jimmy and his team for an estate sale. Jimmy was incredibly professional and was incredibly responsive to all my questions. I was unfamiliar with the process, but he put me at ease. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. The market is currently hot; however, you still need an aggressive realtor who will market your home. He gave me recommendations on what to invest in and what wouldn't impact my home sale. His team took excellent pictures and my house sold and closed within a month and 1/2.

My Husband researched realtors in the area and Jimmy's ratings were great - so he reached out. Jimmy was prompt in response and came out to walk us through the process. We had to get some work done to our condo prior to selling and had no idea where to start. He had all the connections we needed to get the process moving (i.e. Contractor, Carpet Cleaning, Inspections, Loan Officers, etc.). He was always in touch (the work took longer than anticipated). When it was time to sell - everything went as smooth as possible, even during Covid. We were able to sell our condo in 5 days and were able to find the home we could grow into shortly after that. Jimmy was helpful, prompt, responsive and accessible whenever you had questions/concerns. Jimmy is definitely the Realtor you need to choose, you can tell he cares more about your happiness rather than making the sale - which makes you feel more like family rather than just another "person". We have already recommended Jimmy to friends/family that are discussing selling - you won't be disappointed.
