Listen. Buying a house is a confusing process and what makes it worse is there are many incompetent and careless realtors out there. If you are just getting into real estate investment or a first home buyer, Jimmy is your guy. He is very organized, knows his stuff, follows up and, above all, he REPRESENTS you. Hire this guy. I'd hire this guy for all my future transaction.
