Jimmy is completely amazing. He gets you into properties you want to see with no wait and no drama. He knows the different local neighborhoods, what just sold and for how much, and will give you a snap, accurate estimate of what a property will go for, and why. And hes right every time. In addition, I havent met too many people in ANY field that are as responsive as him, at all hours.
