Jimmy was very successful raising the selling price by $20k but once the house was sold I felt less interest and communication from him. Things have changed since I last sold my home 24 yrs ago with most interaction with my agent by text or Docusign interaction. Jimmy was always professional , knowledgeable & responded promptly to any concern I had.
