He was never trying to push a property or persuade me; he was always looking out for my best interest. Jimmy is a very meticulous guy and noticed a lot of stuff I didnt even see in properties that would deter me from buying in some instances. Finally, when I made it to the closing table Jimmy was pivotal in negotiating on my behalf and helping me get a sellers credit to cover some small fixes that need to happen in the property.
