My mom passed away and left the home to the children. We contacted Jim and Mandy of Jim Walker Realty Services. They came the next day and the home sold that day. It was literally sold in less than 24 hours. Jim and Mandy came to the home. They inspected the house and asked questions. By the end of the inspection, I felt I had made two friends and they had the information they needed to match us up with the right buyers who immediately said yes to the sale.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

This is an excellent time to buy with interest rates at a record low. FHA loans can be as low as 2.50%

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

We're currently in a seller's market with record low interest rates giving us one of the best times to sell you home in many years.

First home buyers, multiple home buyers, investors, sellers, Military, and senior's looking to downsize

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

We got accepted contract in record time at our offered price and were able to close in less than 30 days.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

Started in Texas in 1994 but relocated back to Mississippi in 1997. Started video surveillance business and decided to get back in real estate in 2015.

My certification ABR®, Accredited Buyer's Representative, gives me a broad insight needed to help first time home buyers through the maze of buying finding and closing on their new home.
