Yes he did sell my house but it was a headache. I had to go to the office more than I want to. I had to check behind them to make sure he was doing what I had ask him to. If I hadn't checked I would have lost 5,000. After the property was sold I ended up finding out through going to the tax office that what part of my land I thought I had I didn't have anymore so I wouldn't recommend Jim Smith to anybody he has a lack of communication so not too happy with what our service was
