Several reasons brought us over to South Dakota: job changes, MIL in assisted living, wanted to be closer to our kids. . . When we started looking at Zillow, we didnt have an agent to work with. We found a house that interested us and Zillow recommended Jim based on the area we were looking. We dont believe in chances. Jim was a God-send. He was so down-to-earth, honest, friendly, and was so patient with all of our questions and the long list of what we wanted to find in our new home. Jim answered our phone calls and texts quickly.
