Jim Patrick

After graduating from Clemson University, Jim joined Tom and Cindy's team as their assistant listing manager. By being in the thick of the action day in and day out, he learned the business from the ground up. He is grounded in the values of constant learning, consistent top-quality work and meticulous attention to detail. Jim brings a fresh and enthusiastic approach to real estate that focuses on reaching his client's goals while also making their experience as enjoyable as possible. Seeing first-hand the vital role of technology in real estate, he was one of the main contributors during the development of our new website. He carries on this role today as he continuously adds fresh content to both the website and our blog. Jim's core business beliefs rest upon him acting as a consultant to his clients, not a salesperson. Entering the business at a young age, he sees the opportunity to provide exceptional service that will not only create clients for life, but also referrals to friends and family. When he finds time to take off, Jim enjoys playing with his 5 year old boxer-mix, camping, and going to live music shows and festivals.
