I was appointed Personal Representative for my late sister's estate, which included a home in Sunny Hills that had to be sold. As I live in New England and was unable to travel to the area, it was important that I find a good realtor to assist me in the process and Jim was recommended by my attorney's office. From my first contact to after the closing, Jim was always very responsive and, given certain challenges in the overall situation, which included the aftermath of a major hurricane, went above and beyond what would reasonably be expected from a realtor. Jim is very knowledgeable, conscientious, honest, extremely helpful and works at the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, all this and he sold the house in less than 3 months! Quite simply, I would have been lost without Jim to guide the process and am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of working with him.
