Jayce was amazing. My house was not complete. I was in the middle of a master bedroom and bathroom addition. My wifes alcoholism was off the deep-end and we were in the middle of a divorce. Jayce came in and saved the day. Seriously. I had no idea what the value of the house was due to it being in the middle of an addition. He assured me the value was there. He dealt with my difficult wife. He also dealt with difficult buyers.
