Listed our home at what we thought was a fair price, and market conditions being what they are, we had several offers on our home the first day! Jim provided to us sage advice on preparing our home for sale, and guiding us through the offers to settle on the best offer (sellers beware, the highest bid isn't necessarily the best).

He is honest and hands-on and really helped to take the pressure off of us.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" he worked really hard to make this house ours.
