Jim made the whole process quick, easy, and as stress free as buying a home could be. He also helped negotiate a great deal. There was a tree touching the house that was eventually going to be an issue for the foundation and he helped roll the removal of it into the closing agreement.

He wasn?t just trying to sell a house, he would point out things wrong with the home and give us his opinion which I really appreciated because I felt like he was really looking out for us. I didn?t want just another person trying to make a sale, I wanted someone who actually knew what they were talking about and was looking out for our best interest. He would point out things we didn?t even notice or even give us an estimate of how much it would be to fix something. He made sure to check all the big ticket items like the furnace, water heater, and roof. He was very thorough and informative.
