From the beginning Jim had some great resources to help us get our home ready to sell. He provided us with comps and the approach he would take in pricing our home at a competitive price. During the sale process Jim and his team were extremely responsive and on top of all our questions, explained the process thoroughly, making sure everyone had the documents needed, signatures required, etc. For our new home loan, Jim is extremely knowledgable on the current rates, market and process of a new home loan. Not only did he get us fully approved before we even made any offers, he also quickly turned around approval letters within hours for the two homes we put offers in for. In terms of rates, he provided us with numerous options not only for the loan but also buy down options. Both Jim and his team through this process were also very responsive and helpful in guiding us through everything. At the end of our closings there were some issues with the buyer's funds transferring to our escrow account due to the buyer's delay. He updated us every few hours with what was happening which was very reassuring. We highly recommend Jim to anyone whom is looking to sell, buy or purchase a home loan!
