1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I would highly recommend that buyers meet with a Lender to discuss any questions the buyers may have. It is also a good idea to get pre-approved before you go out looking at homes.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I want to get you the most money out of your home. First impressions are very important when your home goes active. I also would recommend speaking with a licensed professional to assist with any repairs including minor repairs. It will go a long way when you are selling your home!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with sellers, buyers, expireds, FSBO, FRBO, investors, & clients who are interested in commercial properties.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I will say, I am fond of all the transactions. I am able to help people with their real estate needs and at the end of the day that is why I do what I do.

Throughout the years I have attended trainings in all aspects of real estate including how to market your home to get it sold fast, comparable market analysis, the housing market for Indianapolis and surrounding areas, do's and don't of selling or buying a home, code of ethics and continuing education on current laws + more!
