Take away Jims excellent understanding of the market, real estate, and all the technical traits and you are left with the nicest human one could ask for. My wife and I just bought our first house with Jim and he made everything so clear. He told us everything we needed to know about the homes we were looking at (what was good and what to avoid) and what he would do to keep the appreciation of the house intact, if not increase. Jims whole idea of home buying isnt based on the paint color or small stuff but rather aEURoehows the lot with water runoffaEUR?, aEURoeis the foundation solidaEUR?, aEURoewhats the neighborhood likeaEUR?, and more. These things focus so much on the future of your home and the long term goals of you and your family. Jim isnt your average aEURoesalespersonaEUR?, he also has personally bought numerous homes and renovated them himself so he knows what it takes to increase home value and he knows what to look for in home inspections (and how much a fix will cost.) With that, Jim and his team come armed with numerous contractors, plumbers, and more that he uses on his own renovations, so you know these workers have been vetted and not some quid pro quo agreement. Jim and his team go above and beyond to help their clients get the best for what they are paying for. During our home inspection, Jim even got in the dirty crawl space and helped identify a massive plumbing issue while wearing his nicely pressed attire! He saved us hundreds while still looking sharp. Aside from Jim, his team was very helpful in ensuring that we have dotted our Is and crossed our Ts before ever solidifying anything. My wife and I cant thank Jim and his team enough for the purchase of our first home and the excellent guidance along the way.
