My fiancA(C) and I decided to consolidate our belongings into one property, and we began looking through ads for real estate. One of the properties was listed by Jim Fulgenzi with Jamie Williams as the listing agent. Jamie was very patient with us, as what we originally thought we wanted in a home, was not what we decided we wanted, after seeing several properties. We knew we wanted her to be our realtor.I felt that Jamie had an excellent overview of properties in the Springfield area. She was knowledgeable about each one we viewed, and if we had questions she couldn't answer, she followed up with the answers the next day. When we settled on a property to purchase, she was also helpful in suggesting various contractors who might be helpful to us. Since that time (almost two years ago), she has stayed in touch. Great experience and great lady!
