Jim was referred to us by my brother who had used Jim when he sold his home. Jim was responsive, professional and always just a phone call or text away. He walked us through the whole process. From prioritizing projects prior to listing, loaning us a trailer to load up junk and even helping do dump runs for us, Jim made the process so much easier. He even responded when our dogs got out and the neighbor called his number on the "For Sale" sign!
