Jim has been advising me for a few years now so when I had the opportunity to hire him to sell my parents home there was no question that we would use him. I DIDN'T KNOW JACK! A FRIEND RECOMMENDED HIS FRIEND JIM BAGDON. WE MET HE EXPLAINED HOW IT WOULD GO, SELLING MY HOME AND BUYING ANOTHER ONE. I WAS NOT OPTIMISTIC ABOUT ALL THIS. HE WENT TO WORK, FINDING SPECIFIC BUYERS WITH JUST ONE SHORT SHOWING. GOT AN OFFER AND I ACCEPTED. THEN HE HELPED ME FIND A BEAUTIFUL HOME IN VALLEJO WITH A KILLER VIEW.
