If you are looking for the most helpful, down to earth, honest realtor Jim is your guy. I highly recommend Jim for your realty needs. We chose Jim as our agent for the sale of our house and are extremely glad we did. Jim Bagdon is a great agent. I inherited my mother's house, which was farther away from my work and friends, than I wanted to be. He helped me find a contractor to fix it up, and got me top dollar for the area it was in. It didn't stop there ... he knew my budget, and sent me listings for everything I could possibly afford in the area I wanted to live in. When I found the house I loved, Jim went right to work, and kept me updated every step of the way. I got the house, and I love it! Jim took all the stress out of a very stressful time.
