I called about a property she had listed but it had already sold, instead of just saying "sorry, sold" and hanging up she took the time to ask why we were interested in her sold property and to understand what we were looking for. Taking that conversation, she went to work to see what else would interest us. She was able to locate an off the market property that was perfect for us and we ended up buying it.
