We worked with this realtor when we rented a house in Homosassa. We were very good tenants, paying the rent on time, even early, and taking care of the house as if it was our own. We had to end our lease early because a family member has to undergo a bone marrow transplant. We were initially told that the penalty for this was $1,000. We were then informed by this realtor that the remaining $2,500 was being held back for a dirty filter - a dirty filter! We changed the filters every month especially because our family members health. Her dishonesty has left our family in financial distress especially during this difficult time. Therefore, we do not recommend anyone work with this realtor.

Claudia did a great job helping us find a home! She was extremely patient, helpful, and always available to help with questions or concerns about the process. The thing that impressed me the most was her commitment to helping us find the right home (which in our case was a months long process). She even showed homes right after having a very intensive medical procedure! I also appreciated her assistance as I processed points/counter-points, pros and cons, and compared homes we looked at. I know it felt like we looked at hundreds of homes (though I think it was more like thirty of them) but she never wavered in her patience, steadfastness, and reliability to help us find the right place. Definitely a great realtor worth working with!
