Jill Stringham

Jill Stringham is a REALTOR(R) who combines her love for the industry with her passion for people. Before getting into the real estate business in 2002, Jill was previously a successful local business owner for over 25 years, and a highly ranked Hospitality and Sales professional. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and a member of the State of Utah Dept. of Commerce, Division of Real Estate. Jill is an active Agent and real estate Broker throughout the Greater Metro Area, leading her team, and diligently representing BUYERS and SELLERS on a day-to-day basis. Jill's roots are historically grounded in Salt Lake City. Born and raised in the area, she has never considered calling any place else home. Jill's father, a well-known and locally celebrated architect, Richard B. Stringham (retired) is responsible for the design of many of the commercial buildings throughout the downtown area, including the Chase Bank tower, and Lakeside Plaza International Center. Mr. Stringham also designed the architectural plans for several hospitals and government buildings throughout Utah, such as Bountiful City Hall and South Davis Community Hospital. Naturally, Jill grew to enjoy the concept of real estate as a whole stemming all the way back to her childhood, as she spent every moment possible "in her dad's back pocket". Her father imparted great amounts of his wisdom onto Jill, and instilled in her the importance of always operating from a place of integrity in every realm of life. No doubt, this is where her unyielding dedication to honesty and hard work was born. Treating her clients like family is both a guiding principle and a way of life for Jill. Listening intently and matching individuals and families with the properties, neighborhoods, and commercial structures that best suit each individuals need, along with her reliability and availability is what she is known for.
