My goal is to respect your time and show you properties that are potentially a great fit for you. My husband Steve and I moved to Corvallis in 1996. Steve retired as an engineer at HP and is running the back-office business interests, as well as serving in volunteer search and rescue organizations

Schuster and her team were responsive to us and helpful at every stage, starting with setting an asking price (we disagreed with their first suggestion as being too low, and came to what in the end was an attractive price.) They stayed with us through the process of preparing the house and yard for showing and recommended contract assistance when we needed it. They organized an open house and advertising, primarily in online media, that brought us 3 good offers immediately. She provided good negotiating advice in dealing with the offers, leading to a successful sale above our asking price. They guided us through the arcane legal process of making the sale and, especially important to us, provided us with the ability to approve documents online.
