Hands down, Rachel Ross is the best agent I could imagine, having worked with her both as a buyer and a seller. She was hands-on with staging and with preparing my listing and made sure my house was at its best for showings. Every aspect of the marketing was top-notch and when offers came, she was once again my advocate every step of the way helping me navigate and close.When people say "Why do you need an agent?" to buy or sell, I don't even know where to begin. Rachel brought so much value to the process of buying and of selling and was tireless in making sure all went well for me/us at every step of the way.
