Jill truly went above and beyond when I hired her to help me sell my father's house. My father died during the height of COVID and it felt overwhelming to empty and sell his house from across the country. Jill was there every step of the way - she helped to coordinate a very complicated and thorough clean out of the house and then arranged all of the necessary repairs and touch ups in order to get it ready to sell. She was so kind, knowledgable and proactive throughout the entire process. She secured an excellent offer for us and made sure the closing went smoothly. My wife and I probably saw 100 homes with Jill. We knew we wanted something spectacular and Jill had all the patience for us (she also found our rental home in the meantime that was a paradise and a real find).Most brokers would have given up on us and simply thought we weren't serious or didn't know what we wanted. But when this house came on the market, we all looked at each other and didn't need to say a word. 45 days later we closed. Jill has such a warm and caring heart coupled with extensive knowledge and connections in the area. She cares about finding you the perfect fit for your new home as much as you do. Cant say enough good (no phenomenal) things about Jill. You wont be disappointed.
