Phoebe is a phenomenal realtor. Shes super knowledgable about Jersey City, especially the Heights (and lives here herself so she knows every block of it!). Shes very low-pressure (never tried to talk us into anything that wasnt a fit!) but extremely responsive and flexible about meeting up to look at places.
