We contacted her through her website and got an immediate response via email and a phone call the next day (which was appropriate, given that I sent the request at 10 pm). She went out of her way to provide information about the home and community we were interested in before our visit (we were traveling from a different state and time zone). She was very skillful with the language for the offer (and the counter-offer) and made it easy to complete the sale from out of state. She did the final walk-through and took video of things like how to turn the gas fireplace on, etc., which have been really helpful. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
