Long story short, I recommend you do your homework! Jewon was everything and more that I expected from a realtor. - Knowledgeable about the local market - Sees the charm in your location and property and knows how to sell it - Well-connected in the community, meaning if you need a contractor, shell have several to refer to you that are high-quality and low cost - And, she also has contacts with members of the Realtor association in the area, so she gets the word out about your property - Available to answer questions and give advice (and moral support) if you need it - Represents you and your house well during showings and contract negotiations. I could go on, but you get the idea. I highly recommend Jewon as a sellers agent and I'm guessing youd get the same great service if you chose her as your buyers agent as well.
