We pushed to list higher than we probably should have, which ultimately helped us understand the true market value, but had I listened earlier, I believe the home would have sold in 30 to 40 days instead of just under 60. This sale required persistence, patience, and confidence under pressure, and Jewon brought all three from start to finish. To be completely honest, I wasnt always the easiest client, and she helped guide me through the process in a way that allowed me to get out of my own way.
