I highly recommend Jessica Zeleniak to sell your property. I hired Jessica to sell a house for an estate. One of the reasons I chose her was because of her reduced commission fee. Also I did not think I needed the extra services of a national real estate company. As it turned out she provide more personalized services than I ever would have received from a big name company. Jessica was always available to answer questions and kept me up to date showings. Jessica identified the house needed a cleaned out, repairs and odor removal prior to going on the market. She scoped the work needed to sell the house as-is, market value and as a total renovation and estimated sales price for each. I chose to sell at market value but because I was out of state I had no contractor connections. Jessica helped to identify candidate contractors and made arrangements for interviews. After I chose and hired the contractors she helped to oversee the work. The house was vacant when it when on the market and Jessica personally did minor staging. She frequently visited the house to make sure it was showing well and provided feedback as it came it in from showings. This sale was challenged with trying to recoup the cost of recently installed solar panels and Jessica made creative suggestions for including them in the sales price and attracting potential buyers that could afford the additional price.
