ZillowVERIFIEDI want to offer my recommendations for one of the most incredible agents we have ever worked with. Ashley Oliver is one of the team members from Compass Realty (Team Warner). We moved to Murfreesboro, TN about 6 months ago after selling our house in California. We quickly realized that purchasing a house was not going to be as easy as selling our house. Working with Ashley Oliver was the only way we made it through the process. She was extremely helpful, active, dedicated, tenacious and most important, loyal. For 4 months she showed us houses, usually several a day. The market was crazy during this period and Ashley worked with us to define our want/need list and made many creative suggestions. Her patience and dedication gave us strength and confidence. She was always available and returned our calls/texts. She also followed through with requests for information, and I had many requests. If my question was something she didn't immediately know she would bring it back to her team to assure accuracy. We did have a house under contact early in our search for the perfect forever house. Unfortunately, about half way through the process we became a little discouraged with the way the reports and apraisal were going. With the support of her team at Compass Realty, we were able to dissolve our offer/contract and get our deposit refunded. That was because of the strength and reputation of their company. During the 2 month escrow process on the house we just closed on, Ashley again handled everything. Her recommendation on what and how we should prepare our offer was the game changer. She is so respectful and aware of the process that the stresses of such a complicated purchase was made very easy. I can not recommend Ashley Oliver enough. If you are lucky enough to team up with Ashley Oliver, you will be a contender in the fight to by a home!
