She walked me through every single step and went so far above and beyond that words can't express my gratitude. She answered every question in a timely manner and researched my every concern ranging from scrubjay zones, distance to beach, how to pursue environmental testing and more (even when it must have seemed like overkill...she never made me feel that I was imposing on her time) and I know that 1/4 acre of land is not a "big ticket" or "high commission" item. Emails and texts were promptly returned with helpful information included. Jessica Vogt took time out of her busy schedule on two weekends to show me the area and drive me around to see various land parcels. On one weekend, it was simply pouring rain and she never cancelled. Instead, she stood out by her car and helped me take pictures of the land and patiently waited while I listened for that "inner voice feeling" telling me it was "the one." I drove many hours from out of town and it was well worth the drive to meet with a realtor who had my best interests and finances at heart. Jessica is like no other and I know that most realtors would have run out of patience with my calls, emails, second guesses and questions. I am not an easy person to work with. I am a perfectionist and a worry wart...and I feel like Jessica was a gift in my life at a critical time where a solid decision was important. I had limited finances and very specific needs and she took on the challenge and never wasted time suggesting listings with "deal-breaker" flaws. Finding the right realtor is essential and I recommend her without reservation. If I am ever in the market for a home, she will be the only person to get my business. If you are looking for a piece of land or "that perfect house," please do yourself a favor and call the best. She has my 100% vote of confidence. From first phone call to successful closing, she was there every step of the way and I made the right choice and found my little spot in paradise! By the way, after having someone like her to help me negotiate the process, I have decided to enroll in an online real estate school to pursue my own license. The world needs more "above and beyond" people with honesty and integrity. I may only do this as a side career, but working with her sparked my interest. Save yourself a headache and some wasted time and just call her first. You may end up in the home of your dreams sooner! :-)
