We have use the services of Jessica Tuggle and the Tuggle Group from Yuma, AZ for both sell and buy transactions. I can say that both transactions we quick and flawless. On the sell transaction, several items needed repair following the inspection. Jessica has a full network of local contractors that quickly made proper repairs prior to the short closing time frame we had negotiated. The title company she uses is literally right next door to her office in the Yuma Foothills facilitating quick and accurate closing documents. On the sell transaction, Jessica and her marketing team quickly photographed, posted online and printed single page flyers for the For Sale sign. We had several showing in the first week the property was offered and sold quickly at more than the original sale price!! Jessica and her team are long time Yuma year rounders, know the market and neighborhoods well.
