Thank you for being so patient and caring. Furthermore, it was also very apparent from the get-go that you were very knowledgeable about the industry and the process. Each step of this process that was under your jurisdiction was executed exemplarily; with meticulous attention to detail, with a deep respect and understanding of time frames; of the process, mine and even the seller s and with clear, comprehensive and concise instructions and explanations for me. This went a very long way to making me feel safe and comfortable knowing you were managing this process because you are a professional who takes pride in what you do. If you had simply been as professional as you have been, that in and of itself would have been very noteworthy, but you went further, so much further. You became my friend along the way; someone I could reach out to share my concerns and frustrations with about how the process was being managed once it left your hands. You commiserated with me and actively tried to resolve whatever road bump we had hit in order to keep the momentum going, sometimes even at the expense of having to suffer unprofessional outburst from the other parties involved. As if all of this wasn t enough, you even offered to help me move. Finally, and very significantly, I knew I could reach out to you at any time and I would find you kind, jovial, patient and willing to help.
