Wow, where to begin? I called Jessica after being given her number by a long-time family friend whose home she had recently sold. His home was in the same area where we had tried to sell a rental home through 2 other realtors unsuccessfully. Jessica was able to give us great advice throughout the listing, contract and sale parts of this journey. Not only this, but we had another realtor who had failed to sell my parents home; and when I asked her to take a look at it, she sold it without ever putting a sign in the yard! She has been an amazing realtor and friend to us and I would not recommend anyone else! She is a winner!
