Jessica is amazing. I can't even begin to explain. If you are looking for a realtor, just pick her. Don't even blink. Just do it. If you don't believe me, then keep reading. It is WELL worth your money to have her stage your house and have her team do the pictures. After you see the listing, you'll want to buy your house because it will be so gorgeous! Truly. I am pretty good with the camera, and I took photos for our house listing once, and it was all right, but her staging changes the game. More than that, she spent so much time strategizing with me on when to sell my house and how much to sell it for. Her timing was incredible. I wasn't ready to sell my house for a few months, but she knew I needed the most money out of it, and let me know I was running out of time to sell. I did my best to get the house ready to sell as fast as possible. And boy, am I glad I did! The weekend the house sold was the last weekend houses were getting multiple offers and interest rates were the lowest they'd be for the rest of the year. If that's not great timing, I don't know what it is. She has such good foresight and such impeccable timing. Our house ended up being the sold for the highest amount any house had sold in our neighborhood. We moved out of state, and I wish she would get her license in our current state so I could use her to sell my house again. Did you read this far and still not hire her? What are you waiting for? DO IT. You will NOT regret it. Really. She's incredible.
