During our visits to the properties, we were interested she listened to what we like and what we needed as well as what we did not like of the properties and their surrounding area. After this visit and for a couple months we exchange communications about new prospects. Once Rena found and visit a condo at 748 West Kilgore Rd, she sent us detailed photos and her very accurate comments on the property. We closed on the property in May 2024 without visiting the condo (we live in NY). We visited the condo after closing and Douglas and I love it. It has all we wanted and more, everything we need for our daily life is no more than 3 miles away, including the airport. Rena handled the negotiations with the seller to get us a lower price and after the closing has helped us by suggesting professional contractors.
